Manoj Kumar Jain (Partner) M. Com., FCA, ACS

A 1993 qualified Chartered Accountant having varied experience in the fields of Statutory and Internal Audits, Income Tax, Secretarial Compliances, Accounting, Company law related matters, VAT, WCT, and Service Tax, GST. He has conducted the audits of various Companies in private as well as public sector involving vide gamut of activities including services, NBFC's as well as manufacturing organizations.

He is also an Associate member of The Institute of Company Secretaries of India. He specializes in income tax assessments and appeal work, international taxation matters, DTAAs, Transfer Pricing etc. His friendly approach extends to personalized relations with the Tax and other Govt. authorities at the various Govt. departments.

He has also given his specialized services of Project Consultancy for various manufacturing units where his professional contribution included drawing up the business collaboration arrangements, preparation of detailed techno-economic- marketing feasibility/project reports, obtaining of all applicable government approvals, assistance in appraisal, sanction and disbursement of loans from financial institutions and banks, designing of accounting and management information systems.
